This is a candle spell that I have personally tried and feel that it would be great to share with everyone.

Be sure to do this spell as the last thing at night. Then go to bed with the thought that the ritual will succeed.

It is important to select a candle of an appropriate color. The candle should be new and never used for any other purpose. The following information will help you select the appropriate color.

Anoint the candle to impress your thoughts on it and to consecrate it to your purpose.

Note: The best type of oils to use for dressing candles are natural ones which can be obtained quite easily. Some occult suppliers will provide candle magic oils with exotic names. The oil soluble perfumes sold by craft shops for inclusion in candles will work as well.

Before starting be clear on what you wish, then write your wish on new paper. Put this paper under the candle holder.

Lower or turn off all other lights. Rub the anointing oil on your fingers and gently rub it onto the candle.

Light the candle and sit in quiet concentration upon your wish. Above all visualize the thing you want.

Use the burning candle as a focus of concentration.

When you feel that you have concentrated for long enough take the paper and burn it in the flame of the candle, with the thought that you are now projecting your wish into the beyond to find fulfillment.

As the paper burns, chant the following:

Candle shining in the night
With your flame enchanted,
By the powers of magic might
May my wish be granted.
When the candle sheds its gleam
At the mystic hour,
Let fulfillment of my dream
Gather secret power.
Flame of magic, brightly burn,
Spirit of the fire.
Let the wheel of fortune turn,
Grant me my desire.

One, two, three – so mote it be!

Blow out the candle if its not consumed. Wrap it up in clean paper to use again on the same wish only! Repeat the spell as necessary to reinforce it.

*** Candle Colors ***

White is known as a balance of all colors. A white candle can be used for spiritual enlightenment, cleansing, clairvoyance, healing, truth seeking. Yellow candles are typically used in rituals where you wish to gain another’s confidence or, perhaps, to persuade someone. Yellow candles can also be used in rituals that require solar energy.

Gold typically fosters understanding and attracts the powers of cosmic influences. Gold candles are beneficial in rituals where one wishes to bring about fast luck or money. Gold candles can also be used in rituals requiring solar energy.

Pink candles are typically used to promote romance and friendship. Pink candles tend to be the standard color for rituals to draw affections. Pink is a color that corresponds with femininity, honor and service. Pink can also bring friendly, lively conversation to your dinner table.

Red candles are generally used for promoting health, passion, love, fertility, strength, courage, and will power. Red candles tend to increase magnetism in rituals. Red also can draw Aries and Scorpio energy.

Silver candles are generally used to remove negativity and encourage stability. Silver is said to help develop psychic abilities and attracts the influence of the Mother Goddess.

Purple is often associated with power, success, idealism, and psychic manifestations. Purple candles are said to be ideal for rituals to secure ambitions, independence, financial rewards, or to make contact with the spiritual other world. It is said that purple candles increase Neptune energy.

Magenta is a combination of red and violet that oscillates on a high frequency. Magenta candles are said to energize rituals where immediate action and high levels of power or spiritual healing are required.

Brown is an earthly, balanced color. Brown candles tend to be used for rituals of material increase. Brown is said to eliminate indecisiveness, improve powers of concentration, study, and telepathy. Brown can also be used with respect to fostering financial success and to locate objects that have been lost.

Indigo is seen as the color of inertia and can stop situations or even people. Indigo candles tend to be used in rituals that require a deep meditational state or even in rituals that require Saturn energy.

Royal Blue tends to promote laughter and joviality. It is also the color of loyalty and is said to be used to attract Jupiter energy, or whenever an influence needs to be increased.

Light Blue is often seen as a spiritual color. Light blue candles can be helpful in devotional or inspirational meditations and can bring peace and tranquility to the home. It is said that light blue radiates Aquarius energy and can be employed where a situation must be synthesized.

Emerald Green is an important component in Venusian rituals. Emerald green is said to attract love, social delights, and fertility.

Green generally promotes prosperity, fertility, success. Green can stimulate rituals for good luck, money, harmony, and rejuvenation.

Grey is a neutral color and useful with respect to pondering complex issues during meditation. In magick, this color is often associated with sparking confusion. Grey can also be used to negate or neutralize a negative influence.

Black is said to open up the deeper levels of the unconscious. Black candles are generally used in rituals to induce a deep meditational state, or to banish evil spirits, people, or negativity. Black is also said to attract Saturn energy.
